Mario & Sonic land in London for the 2012 Olympics

Just before the start of 2012 Olympics, a new plumber has been seen in the town. Yes, here I’m talking about the Mario game and he has also brought his old pal/ nemesis sonic with it for a completely new Sega titles.
Basically, these two games at the London 2012 Olympics is a follow up to 2007 title (The one selected for Beijing games) and this is the first time ever, the game is all set to go with 3-D mode with a 3DS pre-planned launch alongside with Wii.
The game will be featuring new sporting categories like, football and equestrian, making it around 50 original Olympic themed games which you will be able to play in either single or multi player mode.
It has been said that, both Mario and Sonic had a phenomenal success in partnership and the developers are very proud that they’ve been bestowed with another chance to re-create this bond between the two most famous games of Sega. This time, this collaboration would be serving Nintendo and ISM for the London Olympic games 2012, stated by said Naoya Tsurumi, Chairman for Sega of America and Sega Europe.
“It feels very exciting to be in the position to create interactive entertainment soft wares which are based upon the real interactions from the Olympic games and Sonic and Mario would once more become a part of this mega sporting event.”
Mario and Sonic will be launched on Wii and 3DS with a launch date to be announced somewhere in the upcoming months.
