Three new hardware partners of Windows Phone announced

According to the newest rumor that has surfaced, Windows Phone’s three hardware partners will be announced today. In addition, the entire impending Wave 2 array will feature front-facing webcams which was likely especially after the deal of Skype. If this comes out to be authentic then we can crown Nokia and Acer for being the two partners leaving one crown holder spot unfilled.
