The Sony Ericsson stood all he rumors false as they are willing to come up with a walkman brand again. The model to show case this logo will be Sony Ericsson Live with a walkman. The model has a little bigger screen and a strong emphasis on music, it is much alike the new Xperia mini.
The Live with Walkman is a Gingerbread droid (tailored with Sony Ericsson’s four-corner UI), powered by a 1GHz processor. The phone measures 56.5 x 106 x 14.2 mm and is 115g in weight, making it slightly taller and heavier than the Xperia mini. . The screen the device is 3.2″ TFT with HVGA resolution and has got scratch-resistant coating.
The music quality of the new music loving device is energized with trademark Walkman music player and stereo speakers enhanced with xLOUD technology which improves the performance of the speakers.
The specs of the Sony Ericsson Live includes A-GPS, Wi-Fi with DLNA and hotspot, Bluetooth with A2DP, – quad-band 2G, tri-band 3G (with HSPA) , 5MP main camera with LED flash, 720p video recording and VGA secondary camera, which is similar to the features of Xperia mini.
Although Sony Ericsson didn’t reveal much about it, it is expected to be enclosed with a 2GB microSD card and a stereo headset. It is expected to be launched in final quarter but its exact date and price range is not confirmed yet.
