Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 pulled from IFA following new injunction

The dispute which was going on between Samsung and Apple has taken a new twist for one more time and it happened just after Samsung uncovered Galaxy Tab 7.7 which has been removed from IFA following a second injunction from the court on 2nd of September. The court has already stopped Samsung from making sales and doing marketing for its new tablets, hence Samsung retaliated back. We aren’t still sure if this company is going to display its full portfolio at IFA.
Prior to IFA, Florian Mueller, he told our website via an e-mail that: “They will not be showing off the Galaxy Tab 10.1 as long as this device is wrapped in critics and other injunctions that have been issued by the court in Germany, and since the court has decided to announce its final decision on September 9, it is virtually certain that the injunction will be seen in action at IFA”
Stickers reading “This specific product is currently not available in Germany” This company is in infinite trouble at the moment, they should sort things out before it’s too late, not only Galaxy Tab has face injunctions but also the newly landed 7.7 is besieged by same issues.
Through a very good luck the company was able to launch the new devices, so it has been seen widely in the tech press – but some visitors would definitely complain about what they’ve missed in this event and due to injunctions Samsung was not able to display their portfolio in full swing.
James Chung of Samsung quoted some words about the court that; “Samsung respects the court’s decision” He also told us that this company would purse all available options to defend themselves. We can actually sense that this war is not going to get ended any time soon.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is undoubtedly a stunning device and it will be a real shame if this product does not get delivered to all the awaiting customers out there because of these injunctions and other disputes going on at the moment.
