Another rumor came over the wires which could turn either way: According to rumors, Samsung is preparing a ditch Google’s Android mobile platform. The company is also planning to replace it with its own Linux-based operating system. Did you find this rumor interesting? Now this is apparent that, the Korean phone-making company is not happy with the recent deal which was signed up between Google and Motorola and that’s not it, as they are not happy wit the Microsoft-Nokia deal either. While this is all being assumed by people after a rumor, Samsung might change its strategy as we all know that, the manufacturer does not believe it can actually go against Google-Motorola and Microsoft-Nokia. At the other hand ditching Windows Phone might not be a good idea on Microsoft.
This dispute started when a family member who apparent works for this company and a relative who thought leaking information would be a better thing to do. Could this thing ever be verified? No, I think this is feasible? Yes. Is it going to have a huge impact on Samsung? Definitely!
Sammy is quite afraid that Google would offer its full attention to the Motorola deal now and they’ll be favoring American manufactures more than anybody else. The Korean company isn’t seem to be ready for locking horns with all of them at once.
The real question is: Why would a company turn its back on the very platform that helped it to cling to number two phone-maker in the world? What do you guys think? Is there enough gap for one more mobile platform in the markets or if it’s too late to start it all over again? Are you going to buy a Samsung Galaxy S 2 powered with Bada 3?
