SIM card Issues reported by some iPhone 4S users
Here comes the second issue that is being faced by some of owners of very latest device, the iPhone 4S. Now some of the owners of iPhone 4S are experiencing a peculiar situation, in which their device discontinue recognizing their SIM cards. They are reporting that their device send them message that they have either no SIM card installed or their SIM card is invalid. Rebooting the handset works as a momentary solution, but most users experiencing this problem have reported that sooner or later the iPhone 4S will refuse to recognize the SIM at all.
This is been noticed that this is issue is not been observed to any one carrier or model of iPhone 4S, and it’s been happening to quite a few users since the handset launched. So far the only solution to it seems to get your SIM card being replaced from your carrier and substituting out the former one.
It has yet not been sorted out that if this is a hardware issue specific to the iPhone 4S, software bug in iOS, a bad batch of SIMs across multiple carriers, or some unlikely combination of the three. Users have reported success in getting their iPhone 4S units to recognize new SIMs, so if you face this issue, then you should visit to your carrier’s nearby store.
