Chrome now easily opens email links in Gmail, thanks to HTML5

The next time when you open up Gmail in Chrome do observe the prompt shown in the image that uses HTML5 to finally close the fissure between the way Google’s browser handles mailto that is the link and its famous email service. With this change the only question that rises on our minds is what takes them so long to bring this change?
