Apple unveiled 1080p Apple TV, will ship from March 16th at $99

Apple has revealed the new member of Apple TV at Apple 7^th March event at San Francisco which is as tiny as the Prior Apple TV was. Moreover it can do 1080p video which is the distinguishing feature of the New Apple TV along with revamped User Interface. However HDMI output is same as in the prior device but it is incorporated with a splash of new color and a whole range of third-party apps willing to play with the new box. Furthermore it also has an access to Photo Stream alongside old favorites like Netflix, Flickr and YouTube. We are also expecting improved connectivity to the iCloud (including your movie content) and enhanced integration of your iTunes playlists directly from the revived UI. We also got the price set for the New Apple TV; it will ship from March 16^th at $99 which is so reasonable.

 Apple TV will be available on Friday, March 16 for a suggested retail price of $99 (US) through the Apple online store, Apple’s retail stores and Apple Authorized Resellers. Apple TV requires iTunes 10.5 or later. Apple TV requires an 802.11g/n Wi-Fi network or Ethernet network, a broadband Internet connection and a HD TV capable of 1080p or 720p and an HDMI cable that is sold separately. iTunes movie and TV show availability varies by country. Second generation Apple TV users can install the new Apple TV user interface via a free software update, available today. Third generation Apple TV hardware is required to play 1080p video.
